Heart of the Grand Canyon
The grandeur of this world wonder is captured by this spectacular map/poster. The map, compiled from aerial photography and field-surveyed by Bradford Washington, shows the Grand Canyon's topography at a 1:24,000 scale, along with the twists and turns of the Colorado River one mile below the rim of the Canyon. Shaded relief by noted artist Tibor G. Toth brings the landscape to life.
