How Do I Check Status of a Map Order?
If you ordered a map from us via phone, you can check the status of your order by
calling 800.962.1643. If you placed an order for a National Geographic map
online or through a National Geographic catalog please call 800.437.5521.
Where Can I Buy a Map That Came with my National Geographic Magazine?
Select supplement maps are available for purchase by calling 800.962.1643 x 109 or through
partner retailers. Reprints of classic supplement maps can be purchased through our
NG Map Collection Website.
Are Images from National Geographic Available for Sale?
Yes, photographs seen in most National Geographic magazines are for sale through our
Image Sales Department. Visit

Can You Customize Your Maps for Our Company?

Who Do I Contact for Reproduction and Use Rights of Your Maps?
For rights to reproduce our maps (except as below) in advertising, corporate
publications, web sites, books or to use as set dressings in film or television
productions, contact NGS Images Sales.
For rights to reproduce maps created with TOPO! and our other
map software products in books or on web sites, contact Michelle Wilkinson at
